KRP Project Services was formed in 1986 initially to provide general estimating and surveying services to construction and specialist companies.

Many prestigious projects have been undertaken such as the British Library, New Houses of Parliament and the Hilton Hotel which required a thorough understanding of construction techniques.

Since this initial period we have expanded our service to cover projects from inception to handover which require cost reports, procurement, advice relating to contract law, partnering and many more. We provide a total support for our clients including professional advice relating to ongoing projects and resolving disputes.

Modern computer software is used to provide a fast and accurate service which can be used by all parties. The documentation produced is user friendly and stored for access in the future by our clients.

A diverse range of projects have provided us with a growing knowledge of construction techniques, management and the ability to adjust to our changing environment. Sustainability and carbon footprint is a major part of any project and we are constantly reviewing these issues when providing cost management services or any other service.
